Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Heavy Machinery Service Manager / Industrial Equipment After-Sales Lead to lead technical service operations, optimize equipment performance, and strengthen customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and after-sales service operations.Lead service technicians and field engineers, coordinating service schedules and spare parts availability.Develop preventive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.Manage warranty claims, technical escalations, and customer concerns to ensure timely resolution.Monitor service KPIs, operational costs, and customer satisfaction to improve performance.Identify opportunities for service contracts, spare parts sales, and long-term customer partnerships.3. RequirementsDiploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.Proven experience in heavy machinery, industrial equipment servicing, or after-sales service management.Strong knowledge of equipment diagnostics, maintenance procedures, repair operations, and spare parts management.Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and customer relationship skills.Ability to manage service teams, prioritize technical issues, and work effectively under pressure.Experience with construction machinery, industrial equipment, or field service operations is an advantage.
