Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly professional and commercially minded Luxury Car Rental Special Operations Manager / UAE Luxury Lifestyle Experience Consultant to oversee premium mobility services and deliver bespoke luxury experiences for high-net-worth clients. This role combines operational leadership, VIP client management, and luxury lifestyle expertise to create seamless, personalized services while driving business growth in the UAE’s competitive luxury market.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee luxury vehicle rental operations, fleet availability, reservations, vehicle handovers, and service quality.Coordinate VIP transportation, exclusive lifestyle experiences, premium hospitality, and bespoke client requests.Build strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, luxury hotels, and lifestyle partners.Manage special assignments, operational logistics, service recovery, and time-sensitive client requirements.Monitor fleet utilization, operating costs, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.Ensure vehicle safety, insurance compliance, confidentiality, and consistently high service standards.RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Luxury Brand Management, or a related field.Proven experience in luxury car rental, VIP services, premium hospitality, concierge operations, or luxury lifestyle management.Strong understanding of luxury customer expectations, fleet coordination, and high-touch client service.Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.Professional, discreet, and highly adaptable, with a strong service mindset and the ability to deliver exceptional experiences in a fast-paced environment.
