Job Description

• Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment requests,
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies, Monitor accounts payable aging and payment due dates,
• Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, and other departments to resolve invoice discrepancies,
• Maintain compliance with company financial controls and applicable UAE VAT requirements.
• Open to Asian, Male, aged 38 years or below.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 4 years of overall accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Accounts Payable (AP) and experience processing approximately 500 invoices per month.
• Must have practical experience in UAE VAT compliance, including VAT return preparation and filing.
• Must have hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills for invoice processing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
