Job description: Job: Civil Building Construction Site Engineer (Only) Hiring Status: Immediate Hiring Job Location: Ghuwaifat – Sila Border, Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of UAE experience (STRICTLY NO TO FRESHERS) Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Language Preference: Arabic-speaking candidates preferred Job Description We are urgently seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Site Engineer to join our team for a building construction project in the Ghuwaifat Border area of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of relevant UAE experience in civil building construction. Candidates with proven expertise in site management, project engineering, structural and architectural works, and quality and safety compliance are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage daily site operations, including civil, structural, and architectural finishing works. Monitor project progress and ensure all construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules. Plan, schedule, and track project activities using Primavera P6 and MS Project. Review shop drawings, technical submittals, and site modifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and other site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure proper coordination between structural, architectural, and other construction activities to minimize rework and delays. Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources to maintain productivity and control costs. Assist with quantity take-offs, cost estimation, progress reports, and project documentation. Implement quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures and ensure construction work meets the required standards. Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable UAE regulations and project requirements. Identify site issues, resolve technical problems, and report progress and challenges to project management. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 3 years of relevant UAE experience in civil building construction. Strong knowledge of site supervision, structural works, and architectural finishing. Experience in project engineering, site management, and construction coordination. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Good understanding of QA/QC procedures, site safety, and construction standards. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
