Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Heavy Machinery Service Manager / Industrial Equipment After-Sales Lead to manage equipment servicing, maintenance operations, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient service delivery, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvements in service operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily service operations, equipment repairs, and maintenance activities.Lead and supervise service technicians and after-sales support teams.Coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspections.Manage customer relationships, technical inquiries, and after-sales service issues.Monitor service performance, spare parts inventory, budgets, and operational efficiency.RequirementsDiploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Relevant experience in heavy machinery, industrial equipment servicing, or after-sales management.Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance, diagnostics, and repair procedures.Excellent leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and coordination abilities with a strong commitment to safety and service quality.
