Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Heavy Machinery Service Manager / Industrial Equipment After-Sales Lead to oversee equipment servicing, maintenance operations, and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure equipment reliability, efficient service delivery, and high customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily after-sales service and equipment maintenance operations.Supervise technicians, engineers, and field service teams.Coordinate equipment inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.Diagnose technical issues involving heavy machinery and industrial equipment.Manage spare parts inventory, service schedules, and warranty claims.Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support.Monitor service performance and implement operational improvements.Ensure compliance with equipment safety and maintenance standards.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Experience in heavy machinery, industrial equipment, or after-sales service management.Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and equipment maintenance.Proven leadership and technical team management skills.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and customer relationship management skills.Ability to manage multiple service projects and work under pressure.
