CV LOGISTICS LTD offers opportunities to work with modern equipment and established processes in a growing logistics environment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Heavy Trailer Driver role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Heavy Trailer Driver is responsible for safely operating heavy trucks and trailers to transport goods between specified locations, following all local traffic and safety regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and securing cargo, monitoring routes and schedules, and maintaining accurate delivery and mileage records. The role also involves communicating with dispatch and customers, reporting any incidents or mechanical issues, and ensuring the vehicle is kept in clean and serviceable condition. The driver is expected to uphold professional conduct, support efficient operations, and contribute to a safety-focused workplace.Qualifications Strong heavy truck and trailer driving skills, with experience in Truck Driving and handling large commercial vehicles.Valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle driving license, meeting UAE regulatory requirements.Effective Communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, team members, and customers.Customer Service skills to represent the company professionally and support positive client interactions.Sound knowledge of road safety practices, defensive driving techniques, and basic vehicle maintenance.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and long-distance routes when required.Good physical stamina and the ability to manage loading, securing, and unloading cargo safely.Previous experience in logistics or freight transport and familiarity with Dubai/UAE routes is an advantage.
