About JetexJetex is a global leader in executive aviation, providing premium FBO, ground handling, trip support, fueling, and hospitality services to private and business aviation clients worldwide.With an international network and a strong focus on service excellence, Jetex combines aviation expertise with a luxury hospitality approach to deliver seamless experiences for its customers.About the OpportunitiesJetex is looking for passionate and service-oriented hospitality professionals to join our team in Milan, Italy.These opportunities focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences within a premium private aviation environment, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality, professionalism, and personalized service.We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a luxury service environment and are committed to creating memorable experiences for our international clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist VIP guests, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.Deliver exceptional hospitality services in line with Jetex's luxury service standards.Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests professionally and efficiently.Support daily VIP operations, ensuring the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and service.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with discretion and professionalism.Maintain a welcoming, comfortable, and premium environment for all guests.Ensure compliance with company procedures, service standards, and operational requirements.RequirementsPrevious experience in luxury hospitality, preferably within 5-star hotels, VIP lounges, premium restaurants, or private aviation.Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple guest requests.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.Previous experience serving VIP or high-profile clientele is an advantage.Willingness to work on-site in Milan, Italy.
