Team members are encouraged to contribute to a culture of excellence and guest-focused service.Role Description The Host/Hostess at 7Ribs is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and waitlists, and ensuring a smooth seating process. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia includes greeting guests professionally, answering questions about the menu and dining experience, and coordinating with serving staff to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction. The role involves maintaining a clean and organized reception area, handling guest inquiries and concerns, and supporting the team during peak hours. The Host/Hostess also helps uphold 7Ribs’ service standards by providing friendly, efficient, and attentive front-of-house support.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction with guests and team members.Proven Customer Service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.Basic Food & Beverage knowledge to answer guest questions and support menu understanding.Ability to support Sales efforts by promoting specials and encouraging repeat visits.Experience in Training or willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience is preferred.Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Professional appearance, reliability, and a friendly, respectful attitude toward guests and colleagues.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
