The Host/Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating, and ensuring a smooth flow of guest traffic in the venue. Daily tasks include greeting guests professionally, coordinating with the service team, answering inquiries about menus and services, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. The role also involves handling guest feedback, supporting basic sales and upselling activities, and aligning with company standards for service quality and safety. The Host/Hostess works closely with management and colleagues to deliver a consistent, courteous, and efficient guest experience.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction, active listening, and professional etiquette.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to handle guest inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Candidates should possess Training and coaching abilities to support new team members and uphold service standards.Candidates should possess familiarity with Food & Beverage operations to coordinate seating, understand menus, and support service flow.Candidates should possess basic Sales and upselling skills to promote menu items, special offers, and venue services.Additional beneficial qualifications include prior hospitality or restaurant experience, proficiency in Arabic and basic English, reliability in time management, and the ability to work flexible shifts
