You will make sure every indoor space meets our cleanliness and presentation standards, and lead a team that delivers consistent guest and resident experience.Key responsibilities:· Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping for hotel rooms, residential units, and indoor common areas such as lobbies, corridors, and indoor restrooms.· Set, document, and enforce cleanliness and presentation standards using checklists and routine inspections.· Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff, and build a culture of accountability and attention to detail.· Prepare duty rosters and adjust staffing to occupancy levels and peak seasons.· Inspect rooms and units before check-in and after check-out, and follow up on any defects.· Manage inventory of linen, amenities, cleaning chemicals and equipment, and control consumption and costs.· Coordinate with front office, maintenance, and other departments on room status, repairs, and special requests.· Handle guest and resident complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.· Make sure health, safety, and hygiene rules are followed, including the safe use and storage of chemicals.· Prepare regular reports on performance, inspections, costs and staffing.· Manage the department budget and suggest improvements to efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, hospitality, or any other related field.· 3-5 years of housekeeping experience, with experience in a managerial role in a hotel, resort, or residential compound.· Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and cleaning procedures.· Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train large teams.· Organized and detail oriented.· Willing to work on site in Ain Sokhna, including weekend and holidays if needed.مدير قسم الإشراف الداخلي:الشركة: مينا اواسيس الموقع: العين السخنةنوع الوظيفة: دوام كاملنبذة عن الوظيفة:تبحث مينا اواسيس عن مدير ذي خبرة لقيادة قسم الإشراف في جميع المناطق الداخلية بالقرية، بما في ذلك الغرف الفندقية والوحدات السكنية ودورات المياه والمناطق المشتركة الداخلية. تشمل مهام الوظيفة التأكد من التزام كل المساحات الداخلية بمعايير النظافة والمظهر المعتمدة، وقيادة فريق عمل يقدم تجربة متميزة للضيوف والسكان.المسئوليات الرئيسية:· تخطيط وتنظيم ومتابعة اعمال النظافة اليومية في الغرف الفندقية والوحدات السكنية والمناطق المشتركة الداخلية، مثل الممرات ودورات المياه الداخلية.· وضع معايير النظافة والمظهر وتوثيقها والتأكد من تطبيقها من خلال قوائم المراجعة والتفتيش الدوري.· تعيين فريق وتدريبه وتنظيم جداول عمله وتقييم أدائه، مع ترسيخ ثقافة المسئولية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.· إعداد جداول المناوبات وتعديل اعداد العاملين حسب نسب الإشغال ومواسم الذروة.· فحص الغرف والوحدات قبل وصول الضيوف وبعد مغادرتهم. ومتابعة إصلاح أي ملاحظات.· إدارة مخزون المفروشات ومستلزمات الضيافة ومواد التنظيف، ومتابعة الاستهلاك والتكاليف.· التنسيق مع الاستقبال والصيانة والاقسام الأخرى بخصوص حالة الغرف واعمال الإصلاح والطلبات الخاصة.· التعامل مع شكاوى الضيوف والسكان المتعلقة بالمساحات الداخلية بسرعة واحترافية.· التأكد من الالتزام بقواعد الصحة والسلامة والنظافة، والاستخدام الآمن للمواد الكيميائية.· إعداد تقارير دورية عن الأداء، ونتاج التفتيش، والتكاليف، والعمالة.· إدارة ميزانية القسم واقتراح تحسينات ترفع الكفاءة والجودة.المؤهلات المطلوبة:· بكالوريوس في الإدارة الفندقية او الضيافة او أي مجال ذي صلة.· خبرة من ٣ الي ٥ سنوات، مع خبرة في منصب إداري في منتجع او فندق او قرية سكنية.· معرفة قوية بمعايير التدبير الفندقي وإجراءات التنظيف.· قدرة مثبتة على قيادة الفرق الكبيرة وتحفيزها وتدريبها.· مهارات تنظيمية قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل والمظهر العام.· الاستعداد للعمل في العين السخنة، بما في ذلك عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والاجازات عند الحاجة.
