Housekeeping & Front Desk (PT and FT)

Two Capes Lookout is a glamping resort on the Oregon Coast, between Cape Lookout and Cape Kiwanda. Guests stay in furnished domes with ocean and forest views. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our small team and help with both front desk and housekeeping. You’ll make sure every guest gets a warm welcome and a spotless stay. We’d like to hire either two part-time associates or one full-time associate, so tell us which schedule suits you best. What you’ll do Front desk and guest services Check guests in and out, and give them a warm welcome and a property orientation Answer phone calls, emails and messages, and manage reservations in our booking system Take payments and keep accurate records Recommend local beaches, hikes, dining and attractions Handle guest requests and solve problems professionally Housekeeping Clean and reset glamping accommodations between guests, including bathrooms, kitchenettes, linens and decks Do laundry and keep linens and supplies stocked Inspect units and report any maintenance problems Help keep common areas and grounds tidy Must pass background check and have a valid drivers license Customer service, hospitality or housekeeping experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person Friendly, clear communicator with strong attention to detail Comfortable with computers and able to learn reservation software quickly Able to lift up to 40 lbs, bend, stand and walk for long periods, and work outdoors in coastal weather Available weekends and holidays Reliable transportation $21–$25/hour, depending on experience Flexible part-time or full-time schedule Accrued PTO Variety in your workday Work on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast A small, friendly team
