Role Description The Director role at Magic Of Frames is a full-time, on-site position based in Kolkata. The Director will oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, quality control, and customer service standards. This role involves leading and mentoring team members, setting performance goals, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments such as design, sales, and operations. The Director will develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and track key performance metrics to support growth and profitability. The role also requires building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners, while promoting an inclusive and safe workplace.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team supervision, performance management, and talent development.Experience in operations or production management, with the ability to optimize workflows, manage resources, and uphold quality standards.Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial oversight, and strategic planning.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and interact with clients and partners.Background in creative, design, or visual arts industries is an advantage, along with an eye for detail and aesthetics.Proven ability to solve problems, make data-informed decisions, and adapt to changing business needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Arts, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus but not required.Comfort working on-site in Kolkata and engaging directly with teams, customers, and stakeholders.
