They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement. To work with the designated HRBP and BU’s line managers in identifying the department recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment requirements such as JD’s, vacancies budget and recruitment justification to obtain management approval. Besides, conducting interviews alongside the line managers to assess candidates’ qualifications and selecting the right candidate.Act as an HR consultant of the designated business unit employees, the role will be focusing on giving the most effective HR solutions that support the business needs.Experience and Skills:To ensure that all relevant data associated with changes made to existing employees or updates to new joiners are accurately updated.Handle Onboarding process for the new joiners including presenting HR Induction.Conducts background checks on employees before joining. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.Handle Medical insurance in coordination with the C&B team.Insurance enrollment/Addition/Deletion of new employees and dependents - Professional and TechnicalRespond to staff insurance inquiries efficiently, sensitively, and politely.Create & track PR’s in SAP for HC department and ensure it is within budget and without duplication.Prepare and direct processing of payroll deductions and additions. Perform related duties as to specific assignments.Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, citizens, and others, maintains confidentiality.Prepare Action Confirmation for the internal transfers, promotion, and salary increase/decrease.Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits, and attendance recordsPerforms routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.Additional tasks/duties may be delegated as per the requirement
