The Role We’re looking for a Human Resources Generalist to help onboard top talent across our global teams. In this role, you’ll ensure new hires feel welcome, supported, and set up for success—while also serving as an HR partner for employees in more than 34 countries. What You’ll Do Onboarding & Employee Experience Own end-to-end HR generalist functions: onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and policy execution, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all new hires. Coordinate contracts, documentation, and system setup for new employees. Serve as a culture ambassador, helping new hires integrate into our global team. Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and design, implement, and execute improved HR workflows across the entire employee lifecycle Build and maintain HR dashboards, trackers, and custom spreadsheets, producing actionable metrics and reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate Generalist HR Support Provide HR guidance to employees on policies, benefits, and general inquiries. Support employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regional employment laws through coordination with local partners. Assist with payroll and benefits administration for international employees. 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role, ideally within fast-paced startups managing remote, cross-border teams Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously. Strong ownership mindset — able to operate autonomously, anticipate business needs, and deliver solutions with minimal supervision Bilingual: professional fluency in English C1 level, written and spoken Familiarity with global HR practices and ability to navigate cross-cultural environments. Comfortable working independently across time zones and managing multiple priorities.
