HR Generalist (Russian Speaking)

Who we're looking forAn HR Generalist with solid working knowledge of UAE labor law who is ready to do the work hands-on. Reporting to the HR Director, you will run day-to-day HR operations yourself, from contracts and onboarding to employee relations and offboarding, and be the person employees come to with their questions.What the role involvesOwn HR operations end to end: offer letters, employment contracts, onboarding, probation, leave and attendance, employee recordsCoordinate visa, Emirates ID, medical and labor card formalities with the PRO team; track expiries and renewalsAct as the first point of contact for employees on HR questions, grievances and disciplinary matters, in line with UAE labor lawRun terminations and resignations correctly: notice, exit documentation, end-of-service calculation, final settlement, visa cancellationDrive engagement and retention: regular employee feedback, exit interviews, recognition initiatives; track turnover and act on the findingsSupport line managers on team issues and performance conversationsKeep HR policies and documents current with legislation and maintain audit-ready recordsSupport hiring when vacancies arise and improve HR processes as the organization growsWhat we expectHR generalist experience in the UAE with real ownership of day-to-day operationsStrong practical knowledge of UAE labor law: contracts, probation, leave entitlements, end-of-service, disciplinary procedures, visa cycleHands-on experience with employee relations and engagement initiativesStrong administration discipline: accuracy, deadlines, documentationAbility to work independently without waiting for instructionsConfident communication with managers and employees alike, across culturesWhat we offerA broad generalist role with real ownership of HR operations and the employee experience, working closely with the HR Director.
