This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a strong foundation in recruitment and HR operations.Role & Responsibilities:Assist in Induction and Onboarding activities.Handle HR operations tasks and coordinate with team members for the same.Maintain accurate data in the system.Assist in data analysis and representation of data using Power BI tool

Required Skills

Good verbal & written communication and people skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Power BI ToolProactive attitude and willingness to learnAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentQualification: Recent graduate or post graduate in Human Resources, or related field.Shift timings - 9.30am To 6.15pmWorking days - Monday to Fridaythanks!
