“VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT” HUB ASSOCIATE For Logistic lindustry in Newroad,Pokhara.-Details:*Position: Hub Associate*Location: Newroad, Pokhara*Salary : Negotiable*Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing*Experience: Fresher & expereinced both are enouraged to apply.-Key Responsibilities:*Assist in receiving parcels from the Kathmandu hub and recording them accurately in the system.*Support the allocation of tasks to delivery agents under the supervision of the Hub In-Charge.*Help track and reconcile COD collections from delivery agents and prepare them for bank deposit.*Coordinate with delivery riders and assist in onboarding new riders.*Help manage communication with the transportation company for return shipments.*Maintain office documents and records, and ensure basic administrative support for daily hub operations.*Assist in providing Walk-In Support (WIS) to riders for issues not solvable through online platforms.*Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage activities effectively.*Basic proficiency in MS Office.*Having a bike driving license.*Should be familiar with email, the internet, and Google Sheets.
