Human Resources Lead

JOB SCOPE:The incumbent will lead a team to support the KSA region for the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, shared services, performance management, employee engagement and development. He/She will work closely with global, regional and local management teams on regional and local HR matters.Ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law and regional regulations.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead a team of HR professionals to provide smooth and efficient HR operations across multiple locations and sites in KSA and the Middle East regionBe instrumental in the set-up and opening of new outlets within the regionAct as the regional HR lead to partner with Headquarters and Country management teams to translate global HR standards into local policies and procedures, driving best HR practicesOversee the establishment and development of HR Shared Services to provide operational support to regional and global HR functionsPlan and oversee regional hiring initiatives to attract and retain top talent, with consideration of localization and Saudization requirementsProvide analytics and consultation in developing and implementing effective total reward solutions that meet business needs and maintain market competitivenessIdentify and drive employee development initiatives and partner with HQ Learning & Development teams on the design and delivery of training programsCreate and implement employee retention and engagement initiativesMonitor labor law updates and regulatory changes to ensure compliance, and recommend policy, procedure, and process improvements; implement and communicate approved changesPromote positive employee relations and strengthen company culture in collaboration with local leadership; support global HR initiatives and programsSupport management on other HR initiatives as directedHandle ad-hoc assignments as required by the supervisorJOB REQUIREMENTS:Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.Minimum 8 years’ solid HR experience in sizable organizations; regional HR management and HR shared services experience is essential.Knowledge of regional labor regulations and employment practices within KSA .Self-starter with the ability to work independently, communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and build strong internal relationships.Strong people management skills with the ability to build and manage multi-cultural teams.Positive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and continuous improvement focus.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal and communication skills .About the CompanyHello!
