Role: HR Operations Manager

Location: JeddahWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 7 years in HR field and currently holds a managerial role ideally in an FMCG companyBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related fieldStrong experience in HR Operations, preferably within a large or complex organizationSolid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR-related government platformsStrong HRIS, Excel, reporting, and analytical capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skillsEnglish communication skillsKey ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day HR operations and employee servicesManage employee lifecycle processes, records, documentation, and HR systemsOversee payroll inputs and coordination, benefits administration, and HR transactionsEnsure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policiesDrive HR process improvement, automation, and service excellenceMonitor HR operational KPIs and provide management reportingPartner with employees, managers, Finance, and other functions to resolve HR operational mattersLead and develop the HR Operations team
