Production Mechanical Technician

We are seeking an experienced Production Mechanical Technician with practical knowledge of ice cream or dairy production machinery to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.Diagnose and repair mechanical faults to minimize equipment downtime.Inspect and maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and related mechanical components.Troubleshoot equipment failures and ensure reliable machinery operation.Follow safety, quality, and food hygiene standards.RequirementsDiploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a related technical field.2–4 years of hands-on experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.Proven experience with ice cream or dairy processing and production equipment (mandatory).Practical knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial machinery, and preventive maintenance.Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults with minimal supervision.
