Human Resources Specialist

Job responsibilities:Closely follow business goals to complete manpower inventory, headcount control, talent pipeline development, and succession planning.Lead local hiring processes, including interview evaluation, onboarding, and probation follow-up.Optimize local talent channels and control turnover of key positions.Implement performance appraisal, manager coaching, and performance calibration.Identify training needs and drive internal growth and high-potential talent development programs.Handle labor disputes, contracts, employee movements, and exit interviews to minimize employment legal risks.Establish employee communication channels and enhance team cohesion.Collaborate with HQ COE, Compensation & Benefits, and Administration teams on regional HR projects and cultural activities.Oversee attendance, employee movements, benefits administration, and HRIS system maintenance.Maintain local HR records and provide regular reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within finance, web3, or fintech environments.Strong interest in recruitment and willingness to learn and grow in the field.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
