As part of their regional expansion, they are establishing a strong engineering and solutions footprint in Riyadh, offering a collaborative, global tech culture where talent is supported with dedicated development and competitive perks.Your new roleAs the Implementation Engineer (Riyadh, KSA), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor bridging solution design, enterprise deployment, and post-sales technical delivery. Operating in a hybrid model (4 days onsite in Riyadh, 1 day remote), you will design, configure, and integrate complex enterprise cloud and infrastructure solutions for large enterprise accounts, while also providing technical support during the sales cycle.Key responsibilities include:Solution Architecture & Integration: Designing, installing, configuring, and integrating client-specific enterprise IT solutions with existing customer infrastructure.Testing & Deployment: Performing thorough system testing, stability checks, and security validations prior to full-scale go-live.Troubleshooting & Optimization: Resolving complex implementation hurdles, evaluating post-deployment system performance, and providing ongoing optimization.Client Enablement & Training: Training client staff on system administration and operations to ensure high adoption, confidence, and long-term expansion.Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support: Partnering with sales teams to address complex technical questions and leading post-sales technical activities to ensure customer success.What you'll need to succeedLocation & Work Setup: Based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA (working Sunday–Thursday, 4 days onsite / 1 day remote).Overall Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of technical experience across multiple technology vendors in IT solution design, enterprise architecture, and implementation engineering.OS & Systems Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in Linux administration and troubleshooting (preferably Ubuntu or RedHat), alongside Windows Server, Active Directory, and NTFS permissions.Cloud & Web Architecture: Proven track record in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), web protocols, web security, and architecting highly available, redundant enterprise environments.Language Requirements: Native/fluent Arabic speaker (multidialectal) with an excellent command of written and spoken English.Desirable Extras: Experience with enterprise file-sharing/EFSS solutions and broader Middle East enterprise delivery experience.What you'll get in returnCompensation: Competitive salary accompanied by an annual performance bonus.Work Setup: Onsite position in Riyadh with hybrid flexibility (1 day WFH) and flexible working hours outside core US EST windows.Time Off: 20 days of paid time off (increasing with tenure up to 25 days), 10 public holidays, a paid day off for your birthday, and a paid volunteering day.Stipends & Perks: Full coverage/reimbursement for all role-associated hardware costs, alongside monthly internet, lunch, and wellbeing stipends.Mentorship & Growth: Structured mentorship model with dedicated time reserved for training, continuous education, and career advancement.What you need to do nowIf you are interested in this opportunity, click 'apply now' to submit an up-to-date copy of your CV.
