Implementation Specialist (Exp. 2-4 years)

Job Description

Meditab is seeking enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused professionals to join our Product Implementation team as an Implementation Specialist. The role involves leading end-to-end EHR implementation projects, working closely with medical clinics and internal teams to ensure successful deployment, user adoption, and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of EHR solutions for medical clinics, guiding customers from initial onboarding through go-live and post-implementation stabilization.Develop and manage comprehensive implementation plans tailored to clinic size, specialty, operational workflows, and organizational requirements.Define project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies while coordinating implementation activities across customer teams, clinical staff, and internal technical and support teams.Drive implementation activities, including workflow discovery, system configuration, data migration coordination, user training, testing, and go-live readiness.Maintain proactive communication with clinic stakeholders and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, risks, and potential delays.Monitor project timelines and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and within agreed parameters. Manage customer change requests, evolving requirements, and scope adjustments, evaluating their impact on project timelines, resources, and deliverables while ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.Plan and conduct structured product training sessions for internal teams, including implementation, support, and customer success teams, to strengthen product knowledge, improve functional understanding, and ensure consistent customer-facing delivery.Develop and maintain product training materials, workflow documentation, and knowledge resources to facilitate effective internal knowledge transfer and continuous learning.Continuously identify and evaluate tools, process enhancements, and operational improvements to streamline EHR implementation workflows, improve team productivity and enhance overall customer experience and service delivery.Skills:Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clinical teams, healthcare administrators, customers, and internal stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple implementation projects, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Slides).Good touch-typing skills with speed and accuracy.Strong presentation and reporting skills.
