Indirect Buyer Intern

Key responsibilities include:Supporting the definition and implementation of procurement strategies aimed at optimizing cost and quality;Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure timely and effective purchasing support;Assisting in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication, offer collection and preliminary evaluation;Supporting contract management activities in collaboration with the legal department and assisting with purchase order issuance through the company ERP system;Contributing to the identification and onboarding of new suppliers to expand and strengthen the supplier base;Assisting in the analysis of purchasing data and preparation of reports to monitor spending and key performance indicators (KPIs);Maintaining and organizing procurement documentation, including contracts, offers, and supplier records.Who we are looking forCurrently enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Economics or similar fields;Available to start soon to a full-time internship;Fluent in both English and Italian (minimum B2 level);Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);We offer a six-month paid internship800 euro, free company canteen, smart working, company shuttleWe look for someone who lives the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking.Are you ready to join us?
