IT Technician – Full Time | Dubai, UAEAbout the roleOur client, a well-established company in Dubai, is looking for a hands-on IT Technician to own day-to-day IT across the business. This is not a call-centre or ticket-routing role. You'll be the go-to person who diagnoses and fixes issues end to end across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, networking and endpoints, working independently within a small in-house IT team.What you'll doMicrosoft 365

• Manage users, licences, shared mailboxes, distribution lists and Teams
• Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive (mail flow, permissions, sharing)
• Handle spam/phishing quarantine and mailbox issuesIdentity & Access (Entra ID)
• Manage users, groups and roles in Entra ID
• Configure and support MFA, Conditional Access and self-service password reset
• Run joiner, mover and leaver processes from start to finishEndpoint Management (Intune)
• Enrol and manage Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices via Intune and Autopilot
• Build compliance policies, configuration profiles and app deployments
• Manage patching, device encryption and Microsoft Defender alertsNetworking & Infrastructure
• Support LAN, Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, DNS and VPN
• Set up and troubleshoot connectivity across office and on-site locations
• Look after printers, meeting-room AV and other office technologySupport & Operations
• Resolve hardware, software and access issues independently
• Maintain IT asset inventory, licences and vendor relationships
• Write clear documentation and user guides
• Suggest and implement improvements to security and reliabilityWhat we're looking for
• 3+ years of hands-on IT support and administration, ideally in an SME, as a sole/lead IT person, or at an MSP
• Real admin experience in the Microsoft 365, Exchange and Teams admin centres
• Practical experience with Entra ID (users, groups, MFA, Conditional Access)
• Practical experience with Intune (enrolment, compliance and configuration policies, app deployment)
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, firewalls, VPN
• Windows 10/11 and macOS support, including device setup and hardware troubleshooting
• Strong independent troubleshooting skills: you own a problem until it's fixed
• Fluent spoken and written English, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues
• Based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa or able to transferNice to have
• Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102 or SC-300
• CompTIA Network+ / Security+ or CCNA
• PowerShell scripting for M365 and Entra ID
• Experience with Fortinet, Sophos or Meraki firewalls
• Experience supporting fast-paced or multi-site environmentsWho you are
