As we continue to strengthen our operations and develop availability management across the Group, SKUBA Bulgaria is looking for an experienced, analytical and hands-on Inventory Manager to join our team in Sofia.In this key country-level role, you will be responsible for ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory and assortment, reducing deadstock and improving stock efficiency, while working closely with both the local team and SKUBA Group colleagues across Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory availability and distribution at country level, ensuring continuous product supply and minimizing stock-outs.Monitor demand trends and maintain optimal stock levels in line with business requirements.Analyse sales, inquiries and stock movement data to forecast future demand and support data-driven inventory decisions.Develop and optimize warehouse assortment based on local market demand and business needs.Compare and optimize product ranges across branches to improve availability and stock efficiency.Monitor and actively reduce deadstock while improving warehouse turnover.Control and reduce local purchasing by increasing the effective use of central stock.Track deliveries from the central warehouse and ensure timely receipt and distribution within Bulgaria.Work closely with Head Office, local teams and international Availability colleagues regarding stock movement, inventory quality and assortment.Support efficient internal logistics and quick goods recognition.Evaluate warehouse space utilization and implement optimization measures.Provide training and guidance to local employees regarding product availability and inventory management processes.Ensure local processes are aligned with SKUBA Group availability management standards.What We Are Looking ForPrevious experience in inventory management, stock management, availability management, demand/supply planning, spare parts or distribution.Experience in the automotive aftermarket, spare parts or technical distribution would be a strong advantage.Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with sales, stock and demand data.Good understanding of stock availability, inventory turnover, deadstock, assortment planning and replenishment.Strong Excel skills and experience working with ERP or inventory management systems.Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented approach.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Good command of English.What We OfferA key country-level position with a direct impact on the performance of SKUBA Bulgaria.An international working environment within a Group operating across 18 European countries.Close cooperation with experienced colleagues and international teams across SKUBA Group.A high level of independence and responsibility.The opportunity to influence and improve inventory and availability processes in Bulgaria.Professional development and participation in international projects.Competitive remuneration package.Ready to take ownership of product availability and inventory performance in Bulgaria?We would be happy to hear from you.
