Senior Analyst/ Associate, Private Markets (Manager Selection) | Single Family Office | RiyadhWe’re hiring for a new single family office being established in Riyadh, backed by a substantial and well-established operating group. The office is being built to diversify the family’s wealth into financial investments, and this is one of the first hires into the investment team.The mandateA multi-asset investment platform focused primarily on private markets: private equity, venture capital, private credit, real estate and more. All exposure is through external managers, with no direct deals. The focus is heavily international, so manager and fund selection across global markets is at the core of the role.The roleSource, screen and diligence external managers and funds across private equity, venture capital, private credit and real estateEvaluate international GPs, fund strategies, track records, terms and alignmentSupport fund of funds style portfolio construction and allocation decisionsBuild and maintain financial models, manager comparisons and investment memos for the investment committeeMonitor the existing portfolio, including performance, reporting and manager engagementTrack market trends and fundraising activity across private marketsWork directly with senior leadership and help shape the investment process from the ground upWhat we’re looking for3 to 8 years of experience in investment, fund selection or manager researchExposure to multiple private market asset classes across funds (PE, private credit, VC, real estate). Breadth across asset classes is preferable.Strong experience assessing external managers and funds, ideally across international marketsExcellent financial modelling, analytical and written communication skillsDegree in Finance, Economics or a related field. CFA or equivalent is a plusComfortable in a small, entrepreneurial team where you’ll have real ownership and exposureCurrently based in the GCC preferredPlease apply here with your CV.
