Associate Manager – Growth & New Ventures

Location: Makati City (Onsite)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a commercially minded and analytically rigorous investment professional to join our Growth & New Ventures team.

This role will play a critical role in evaluating strategic growth opportunities, potential investments, acquisitions, and new business ventures across the organization.This is not a traditional business development or sales role. The ideal candidate will bring strong investment acumen, financial modelling expertise, and the ability to assess opportunities through both commercial and financial lenses.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, and new venturesDevelop and maintain complex financial models and valuation frameworksConduct commercial, strategic, and market assessmentsPrepare business cases and investment recommendations for managementSupport transaction execution, due diligence, and investment evaluation activitiesAnalyze project economics, returns, risks, and funding requirementsPartner with internal stakeholders to identify and assess growth opportunitiesPresent financial and strategic insights to support decision-makingQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of relevant experience in:Investment BankingCorporate FinanceTransaction AdvisoryProject FinanceStrategic InvestmentsCorporate DevelopmentInvestment Houses or Fund ManagementStrong financial modelling and valuation capabilities are requiredExperience building and owning financial models from scratchExposure to M&A, investments, business case development, or capital allocation exercisesExcellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesWhy Join?This is an opportunity to join a high-visibility team responsible for identifying and evaluating the company's next wave of growth.
