Any nationality is welcome, provided the candidate is legally eligible to work in the UAE in accordance with applicable regulations.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IoT Business Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives across IoT, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, Energy Management, and Sustainability domains. The ideal candidate will help clients define transformation strategies, build compelling business cases, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth through consultative engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead consulting and transformation initiatives focused on IoT, IIoT, Energy Management, Sustainability, and Industry 4.0Develop business cases and perform Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) for digital transformation programsCreate and present IoT solutions, use cases, and value propositions across multiple industries, particularly Smart Cities, Smart Campuses, Smart Districts, Utilities, and ManufacturingBuild and manage relationships with System Integrators (SIs), technology partners, and other ecosystem stakeholdersDefine and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to support business growthCollaborate with business leaders, IT/OT stakeholders, and subject matter experts to identify opportunities and define transformation roadmapsSupport business development activities through customer meetings, workshops, presentations, and solution demonstrationsAdvise clients on digital transformation strategies, implementation plans, and adoption roadmapsFacilitate ideation sessions, innovation workshops, and strategic consulting engagementsMust-Have Skills10+ years of experience in IoT consulting, digital transformation, technology advisory, or related consulting rolesProven experience in IoT business case development and Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA)Strong consulting experience with the ability to lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and client engagementsExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills with executive-level stakeholdersExperience working with both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environmentsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilitiesUnderstanding of IoT, AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, and digital transformation technologiesIndustry experience in Smart Cities, Industry 4.0, Utilities, Energy, Sustainability, or related sectorsExperience supporting business development and pre-sales activitiesMust currently reside in the UAE and be legally eligible to work in the UAEGood-to-Have SkillsExperience with Smart Infrastructure, Connected Assets, and Smart Building solutionsKnowledge of IoT platforms, device management, sensor integration, and Edge ComputingFamiliarity with Digital Twin, Predictive Maintenance, AI-driven Analytics, and Intelligent OperationsExperience with Microsoft Azure IoT, AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT, or similar platformsUnderstanding of industrial systems such as SCADA and Industrial Automation environmentsExperience managing technology partnerships and System Integrator ecosystemsExposure to ESG, sustainability, carbon reduction, or energy optimization initiativesExperience with proposal development, RFP responses, and solution consultingKnowledge of cybersecurity principles for IoT environmentsExperience delivering large-scale transformation projects across public sector, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, real estate, or infrastructure industriesRelevant certifications in IoT, Smart Cities, Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, or Industry 4.0
