We have an urgent requirement for IT AIRPORT SUPPORT in Airline Domain (Must)is required for our client in Dubai, UAEProvide operational and technical support for airport systems, including Sprint DCS (SDCS), iBoarding, Podium and end-user applications, while acting as the primary liaison among airport users, business stakeholders, vendors and IT support teams.--Mustapplication support and hands-on user support; for network, server, database, identity and telephony issues, it performs first-line checks and coordinates the accountable specialist teams.--MustKey ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support for Sprint DCS (SDCS), iBoarding, Podium and other approved airport business applications.Troubleshoot airport-user desktop, device, printer, peripheral, operating-system and approved application issues and perform authorized remedial actions.Coordinate airport incidents and service requests to achieve timely resolution and minimize operational impact.Support major-incident, disruption, disaster-recovery and business-continuity activities affecting airport technology services.Monitor airport application and service health, identify potential issues and initiate approved response or escalation actions.Coordinate airport users, business stakeholders, vendors, hosting partners and IT teams during incidents, maintenance and service activities.Support approved upgrades, testing, deployments, releases and operational-readiness activities for airport systems and end-user services.Create, maintain and deploy approved desktop images, application packages, task sequences, policies and configurations for airport end-user devices.Support -approved Windows, macOS, mobile and point-of-sale (POS) devices, device-management clients and packaged applications used in airport operations.Perform first-line connectivity and service checks for LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, voice, servers, web services, databases, Active Directory and hosted services.Diagnose application, hardware, software and network symptoms, capture evidence and involve specialists when issues exceed assigned access or procedures.Support airport IT projects and approved changes through requirements review, technical evaluation, integration, testing, implementation and handover.Operate within approved desktop, security, access, airport and IT operational standards and recommend changes where improvement is needed.Maintain support procedures, knowledge articles, system and network records, operational reports, user guidance and escalation information.Analyze recurring issues and feedback and recommend improvements to airport service quality, reliability, support efficiency and user experience.All proposed primary and backup resources for this Lot shall be eligible for, cooperate with and successfully secure the relevant airport-security authorization and valid airport pass before deployment.Scope Of WorkLog, diagnose, resolve or escalate issues using approved procedures.The role supports airport operations and does not form part of Digital Workplace administration.Maintain user communication and engage the correct resolver teams.Follow the airport escalation and command structure.Escalate trends and risks before operational impact where possible.Use current support contacts and agreed escalation paths.Complete assigned validation and readiness evidence.Use flydubai-supported current and approved legacy platforms and tools.Platform administration remains with the accountable specialist team where applicable.Coordinate Network, Server, Database, Identity or Telephony teams for specialist administration and changes.Do not perform unauthorized infrastructure or security changes.Project and change approvals remain with authorized flydubai roles.Exceptions require documented approval.Keep documentation accurate, current and shared through approved repositories.Implementation is subject to owner approval and change control.Deployment is conditional upon competent-authority approval.
