You will work closely with our Senior Architect and collaborate with Australian clients and internal teams to support architectural design, drafting, 3D visualization and project documentation.This is an excellent opportunity to gain international project exposure and develop your technical skills in a professional, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitectural Design & DraftingAssist in preparing architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections and construction documentation.Develop and revise architectural drawings based on project requirements and feedback.Support the preparation of detailed plans for Australian residential projects.Ensure drawings are accurate, organized and completed within assigned deadlines.3D Visualization & PresentationPrepare 3D models, architectural renders and visual presentations.Assist in developing realistic interior and exterior visualizations.Prepare walkthroughs and other presentation materials as required.Support the creation of marketing visuals using architectural renders and floor plans.Project CoordinationWork closely with the Senior Architect to understand project requirements and priorities.Coordinate with relevant team members to incorporate revisions and maintain drawing accuracy.Assist in reviewing drawings and identifying inconsistencies before submission.Maintain organized project files, drawings and documentation.Incorporate client feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines.What We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.Basic to intermediate experience in architectural design, drafting and visualization.Proficiency in relevant architectural software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or similar tools.Understanding of architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations and sections.Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to design.Good communication, coordination and time-management skills.Willingness to learn Australian residential design practices and project requirements.Ability to work collaboratively and meet project deadlines.Job Details📍 Location: Thapathali, Kathmandu, Nepal🏢 Company: Elite Business Staffing Pvt.
