Team members collaborate closely to deliver functional, aesthetic, and sustainable spaces.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role located in Gandhinagar. The Junior Architect will support senior architects with concept development, detailed architectural drawings, and design documentation for residential, commercial, hospitality, and educational projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing CAD drawings and 3D models, assisting in interior layouts, coordinating with consultants, and helping compile presentations and client deliverables. The role involves site visits, basic measurement surveys, and supporting compliance with local building codes and regulations. The Junior Architect will also contribute to design reviews, maintain project files, and help ensure timely completion of project milestones.Qualifications Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including understanding of building systems, spatial planning, and design principles.Candidates should possess relevant Software Development and Integration skills only as they relate to design tools and workflows, such as integrating CAD/BIM software with visualization or project coordination platforms.Candidates should possess Project Management abilities, including basic scheduling, task tracking, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and strong manual drafting and visualization skills.Candidates should possess a professional architecture degree (B.Arch or equivalent), attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and produce technical drawings.Candidates should possess effective communication skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.Candidates should possess knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Gujarat; prior internship or junior-level experience in an architectural firm is an advantage.
