We value professionals who take ownership of their work, communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities, and are committed to continuous learning and long-term professional growth.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and coordinate architectural design solutions, from design development through technical documentation.Prepare, review, and coordinate accurate architectural drawings and details using Archicad.Manage multiple projects and deliverables while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.Coordinate effectively with internal team members, consultants, and clients.Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards.Communicate project updates, raise potential issues early, and proactively seek solutions.Contribute ideas, collaborate with the team, and continuously improve design and documentation workflows.Uphold KDAS standards for design quality, sustainability, professionalism, and accountability.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSLicensed Architect in the Philippines.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an architectural firm. (Required)At least 1 year of hands-on experience using Archicad for architectural modeling and technical documentation. (Required)Proficient in architectural drawings, detailing, design development, and construction documentation.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, organize priorities, and deliver quality work within deadlines.Highly detail-oriented, with strong technical accuracy and a commitment to quality assurance.Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.Proactive problem-solver who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.Willing to receive feedback, learn new skills, and take increasing responsibility for project deliverables.Experience in hospitality projects is a strong advantage.
