Key Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day construction activities from the PMC / Client Representative perspective.Supervise and inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.Ensure execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications and quality standards.Conduct routine quality inspections and maintain inspection records.Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety requirements.Track daily construction progress against the approved project schedule.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.Review architectural, structural and civil drawings and identify discrepancies.Maintain daily progress reports, site observation reports, inspection checklists and project documentation.Identify site issues, delays and quality concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.

Required Skills

Good understanding of civil construction and residential building projects.Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.Knowledge of construction quality control and site safety practices.Good communication, coordination and reporting skills.Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.Strong ownership, observation and problem-solving abilities.Preference: Candidates with prior experience in PMC or client-side project monitoring will be preferred.
