Team members collaborate closely with clients and consultants to bring thoughtful, well-executed design concepts to life.Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee and coordinate civil works at project sites in Coimbatore, ensuring design intent, quality, and safety standards are met. This full-time, on-site role involves supervising construction activities, verifying drawings and specifications, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with architects and contractors. The position includes responsibilities such as checking levels and alignments, inspecting materials, assisting with planning and scheduling, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes. The Site Civil Engineer will also prepare basic site reports, maintain documentation, and support timely completion of projects within budget and quality benchmarks.Qualifications Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and experience working as Civil Engineers in building or infrastructure projects.Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including reading and interpreting structural and architectural drawings.Ability to handle Planning tasks such as site coordination, workflow sequencing, and progress tracking.Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related site drainage considerations.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and local regulations for civil construction.Competence in using basic engineering and drafting tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD) and MS Office for documentation.Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively on active construction sites.Attention to detail, commitment to safety practices, and willingness to be present on site as required.
