As we expand, we are building a strong engineering team focused on technical excellence, professional integrity, and long-term growth.About the Role We are looking for a technically strong and driven Civil Engineer ready to take the next step in their career, moving from individual execution to team management and leadership. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior management, take ownership of project execution, mentor junior engineers, and actively contribute to the growth of Technocraft’s engineering team. We seek someone who combines sound technical knowledge with integrity, initiative, and a genuine desire to lead. As the business grows, you will have the chance to take on greater responsibilities, develop your leadership skills, and potentially advance to the role of Head of the Civil Engineering Division based on your performance, capabilities, and business requirements.Key Responsibilities - Oversee civil engineering activities across building construction, infrastructure, and institutional projects. - Prepare and review calculations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity estimates, drawings, and technical documentation. - Coordinate site execution, contractors, project planning, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress, quality, and timelines, proactively resolving any execution challenges. - Mentor junior engineers, review their work, and develop their technical capabilities. - Take ownership of assigned projects and progressively assume broader operational and team management responsibilities. - Identify execution risks, improve working processes, and support management with technical and commercial insights.What We’re Looking For - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. - 5–8 years of relevant experience in civil construction and project execution. - Strong technical knowledge of construction, quantity estimation, BOQs, and site operations. - Experience mentoring engineers, coordinating teams, or managing project activities. - Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. - High integrity, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership. - A genuine interest in developing into a leadership and people management role.Why Join Technocraft Associates? - Work directly with senior management and gain exposure to business decisions. - Take ownership of diverse construction and infrastructure projects. - Contribute to building and developing a growing engineering team. - Progress beyond technical execution into project and people management. - Explore a potential pathway towards leading the Civil Engineering Division.How to Apply Apply directly through LinkedIn with your updated CV, or share your CV at simran@technoapl.com.
