Working across multiple stakeholders, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that support business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and performance presentations.Analyse business performance data and provide actionable recommendations.Create bespoke reports in response to stakeholder requests.Monitor data quality and perform database health checks.Support workforce planning, forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation.Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.Maintain process documentation and support knowledge management activities.Manage system administration tasks, user access, and distribution lists where required.
