Junior Digital Marketing Executive

Almuqeet Systems is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.Job Location: Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Execute on-page SEO improvements across product, service, industry and technical content pages.
• Conduct keyword, competitor and search-intent research and convert findings into clear content recommendations.
• Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image metadata, URL structures and schema opportunities.
• Support technical SEO checks covering indexation, crawlability, sitemap health, broken links, redirects, page speed and mobile usability.
• Implement SMO improvements for LinkedIn and other relevant social channels, including profile optimisation, post discoverability, hashtags, keywords and link presentation.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to repurpose articles, product updates and technical insights into platform-appropriate social content.
• Optimise content for AI search and answer engines by improving structure, entity clarity, factual consistency, concise answers, FAQs, citations and internal knowledge signals.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, impressions, click-through rates, indexed pages, social reach and AI-search visibility using approved tools.
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports showing work completed, changes observed, issues found and recommended next actions.
• Keep up with changes in Google Search, social algorithms, structured data and AI-search behavior while testing improvements in a controlled way.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀
• 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, telecom or enterprise services.
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, keyword research and search intent.
• Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics or comparable analytics tools.
• Ability to use SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of internal linking, schema markup, XML sitemaps, canonical tags, redirects and indexation.
• Practical SMO knowledge for LinkedIn and other relevant business channels.
• Ability to write or edit clear, accurate, search-friendly English copy.
• Understanding of AI-search optimisation, answer-engine visibility, entity-based content and FAQ formatting.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, content management systems and image optimisation.
• Ability to interpret reports and turn data into prioritised actions.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation and follow-through.
