Wicklow, Ireland€35,000 - €45,000 + BensOur client is seeking a Junior Engineer to join their team on residential and educational construction projects in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Junior Engineer to gain valuable site experience, develop their technical skills and progress their career within an established construction environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the day-to-day management and coordination of site activities.Support setting out and ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications.Monitor construction progress and ensure works are completed to the required quality standards.Liaise with site management, subcontractors and suppliers to support the smooth delivery of works.Assist with site documentation, inspections and quality control.Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.Help identify and resolve technical issues on site.Candidate RequirementsDegree or qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.Previous site experience is advantageous, but applications from recent graduates will also be considered.Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.Full driving licence and access to transport would be advantageous.
