The organization is committed to continuous improvement and innovation in the insurance marketplace.Role Description Oversee day-to-day General Insurance operations of the Bancassurance partnership.Coordinate with bank branches, insurance companies and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.Manage policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and related operational activities.Monitor service standards, turnaround times and operational accuracy.Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.Prepare operational reports and monitor business performance.Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirments.QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in General Insurance, Bancassurance or Insurance Operations.Strong knowledge of Motor and Non-Motor insurance operations.Experience in coordinating with banks and insurance companies will be a distinct advantage.Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently manage operational responsibilities and meet deadlines.
