The Junior FP&A Analyst will perform financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as create detailed financial models to support decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial data, preparing detailed reports, and providing actionable insights. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying trends, supporting process improvements, and assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.QualificationsStrong skills in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and ForecastingProficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial ModelingSolid foundation and understanding of Finance principlesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software toolsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention-to-detail abilitiesBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldPrior experience in FP&A roles, internships, or relevant projects is a plusEffective communication and ability to present complex data to stakeholdersInterested in what we're building at Northbridge BI?
