Junior Project Manager

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing construction and engineering projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.Oversee site activities and monitor project progress against approved schedules.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and project reports.Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.Manage resources, subcontractors, and project-related documentation.Support commercial and procurement activities related to project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.Minimum 5+ years of project management experience within construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and stakeholder management.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and contractors.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
