Role Overview:We are seeking a customer-focused and fashion-oriented Salesperson to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, achieve sales targets, and maintain the highest standards of customer service and store presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.Provide personalized styling advice, recommend complete outfits, and understand customer preferences to enhance the shopping experience.Educate customers on garment features, fabric quality, product benefits, and ongoing promotions.Build and maintain strong client relationships by updating customer profiles and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, returns, and garment alteration requests professionally and efficiently.Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system, manage cash handling, and ensure premium packaging of purchases.Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and products are attractively displayed.Follow company policies, standard operating procedures, store security guidelines, and daily opening and closing procedures.Skills and Qualifications:Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, or a customer-facing sales role.Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.Good knowledge of fashion trends, styling, garment quality, and customer preferences.Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail operations.Professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset.Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.Interested?
