During GITEX GLOBAL / Expand North Star week we host private evening gatherings for founders and operators in Dubai.What you will doEmcee XClub’s Dubai evening gatherings during GITEX / Expand North Star week (welcome, flow, light intros, close)Partner on day-of event ops: check-in, run-of-show, timing, guest experienceCoordinate with venue staff and the XClub lead so the evening stays on schedule and on-brandKeep energy warm and exclusive without turning the gathering into a pitch night (sponsors do not pitch on stage)Capture light notes after each evening (attendance feel, what worked, follow-ups for the team)You areBased in Dubai (or already in Dubai for that week) and free for the evening eventsConfident hosting founders and senior operators; clear spoken English (Arabic a plus)Calm under live timing pressure; sharp on logisticsPrior emcee, events, hospitality, community, or stage hosting experience preferredDiscreet with guest lists and off-record conversationsEngagementPart-time / freelance for GITEX GLOBAL / Expand North Star week only (not a full-time hire).
