The team is committed to providing quality products, reliable service, and support to sports enthusiasts, retailers, and partners in the region.The RoleWe’re looking for a well-connected Key Account Manager to own and grow our retail partnerships across electronics, sports goods, running, and cycling stores. You’ll bring strong existing relationships with buyers in these channels and turn them into lasting, profitable partnerships.What You’ll DoManage and grow key accounts across electronics retailers, general sports goods chains, and specialist running and cycling storesUse your network to secure new listings, shelf space, and in-store visibilityNegotiate trade terms, pricing, and joint business plans with buyersDeliver sell-in and sell-out targets while protecting marginsPlan in-store activations, launches, and promotions. Train and support store staff so they can sell our brands with confidenceTrack performance, forecast demand, and report on account healthWork closely with Trade Marketing, supply chain, and Finance. What You Bring5+ years in key account management or sales within sports, consumer electronics, or specialty retail in the UAEStrong, active relationships with buyers at electronics chains, sports retailers, and specialist running and cycling stores (essential)Proven track record of winning listings and growing accountsConfident negotiator with solid commercial and numerical skillsSelf-driven and hands-on, comfortable in a fast-growing businessGenuine interest in running, cycling, or endurance sports is a strong plusStrong Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Powerpoint) English required, Arabic a plus; valid UAE driving licence.
