Ardent Immigration Inc. | Colombo, Sri LankaAbout the RoleArdent Immigration Inc. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Study Abroad Counselor to join our growing team in Colombo.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about international education, student counselling, and helping students build successful academic, career, and future immigration pathways.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students on study opportunities in destinations such as Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, the UAE, Germany, Finland, and other countries.Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career aspirations, and future goals to recommend suitable study options.Assist students with university and course selection, applications, scholarships, and admission processes.Guide students through documentation requirements and application procedures.Coordinate with universities, international education partners, and internal teams.Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication with students and parents.Maintain accurate student records and ensure lead statuses are regularly updated.Support students throughout the application process and ensure a positive student experience.Develop knowledge of post-study work opportunities and potential immigration and permanent residency pathways.Work towards individual counselling, application, and student enrolment targets.Participate in education fairs, open days, seminars, and promotional activities.RequirementsPrevious experience in study abroad counselling, education, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.Good interpersonal, presentation, and customer service skills.Strong follow-up, time management, and organizational abilities.Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with students and parents.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work.Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.Basic knowledge of international education destinations will be an added advantage.What We OfferComprehensive training on international education and immigration pathways.Exposure to leading international universities and education partners.Opportunities to build a long-term career in the Study Abroad and Immigration industry.A professional, friendly, and supportive working environment.Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.The opportunity to work with a team that looks beyond securing a student visa and focuses on a complete Course + Career + Immigration Strategy.Join Ardent Immigration Inc. and help students take the next step towards a brighter international future.
