KOL & Community Manager

realme is hiring KOL & Community Manager.Manage realme’s local KOL partnerships and Discord community, using creator collaborations and creative activities to build brand awareness, engagement, and product interest among young consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage local KOL/KOC partnerships across gaming, campus, entertainment, and lifestyle, from selection and negotiation to briefing, delivery, and reporting.Coordinate agencies and vendors to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and in line with brand requirements.Run daily Discord operations, including onboarding, moderation, discussions, and moderator management.Plan gaming sessions, community challenges, product trials, and KOL-led activities to grow membership and improve engagement and retention.Develop creative content ideas based on product selling points and local youth trends.Track campaign and community performance, monitor competitors, and collaborate with internal teams on product launches and brand campaigns.

Requirements

At least three years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or community management.Hands-on Discord experience, including channels, permissions, bots, onboarding, and moderation.Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s creator landscape and TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Proven skills in KOL negotiation, content briefing, project coordination, and performance analysis.Creative thinking, copywriting skills, and an interest in gaming, technology, and youth culture.Ability to manage multiple partners and projects under tight deadlines.Fluency in English is a MUST, proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
