Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precise land measurements, mapping property boundaries, and providing critical data to guide construction projects across the UAE. Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate land and property surveys using modern equipment and technology. - Interpret and analyze survey data to determine boundaries, topography, and other key land features. - Prepare and maintain detailed survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions. - Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to support project planning and execution. - Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards related to surveying. - Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy. - Identify and resolve any discrepancies or conflicts in survey data. - Participate in site inspections and provide expert advice on land-related issues. - Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Surveying, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Land Surveyor in construction projects, preferably within the UAE or Gulf region. - Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, instruments, and software such as AutoCAD, GIS, and GPS technology. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. - Good communication skills with proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous. - Familiarity with local regulations and standards governing land surveying and construction. - Willingness to travel to various project sites across Dubai and the UAE.
