Then I have the job for you!About Your New EmployerOne of the biggest privately owned investment banks in the world.The company is technically innovative and creative, with teams working together to build solutions for the future that are making a huge impact in the world of Finance.Whilst also being ahead of the curve in terms of their modern tech stack, you will be working with a company that is collaborative and promotes continuous learning.About Your New JobLead, coach and develop a team of approximately 4–8 Systems Analysts, including regular one-to-ones, performance discussions and talent development planning.Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, initiatives, epics and user stories with clearly defined business value.Work closely with development teams to transform business needs into high-quality, innovative and timely technology solutions.Partner with portfolio engineers, investment architects and operations teams to understand their vision, challenges and priorities.Define end-to-end workflows and ensure requirements reflect the underlying business purpose.Lead planning and estimation sessions for large initiatives, clearly communicating project demands, assumptions, schedules, risks and capacity requirements.Identify and remove delivery impediments while maintaining a strong focus on execution, quality and continuous improvement.Influence colleagues across the organisation on solutions, tools and ways of working, often within a matrixed environment and without direct authority.Support talent planning, resource allocation and the acquisition of skills needed across the wider organisation.What Skills You Need In This JobAt least 7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product ownership and/or product management.Proven experience designing, developing and maintaining large, complex and dynamic products or solutions.Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, with experience in investment management or wealth management. Financial optimiser experience is a plus.Experience leading, coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing Systems Analysts.Strong communication, presentation, organisation, and planning skills, including the ability to engage effectively with executives.Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.Experience with Agile delivery methods and Jira, preferably from a planning perspective.What’s on Offer In This Job€70,000 - €76,000 Salary with 20% BonusHybrid working environment that is remote the majority of the month with one full week on-site per monthWhat’s NextIf you think this job is for you, apply now!
